Each Member institution commits to sending their CDO to at least three of the four LADO Conferences, within a two-year period. Conferences are hosted at membership institutions based on a volunteer basis with a $5000 reimbursement from LADO to assist with costs. In Spring 2022, as the COVID-19 Pandemic was winding down, we resumed in-person Conferences.
